Our Ginseng Tea is pure American Ginseng that's has traditionally been used as herbal remedy by indigenous Peoples of North America as well as by Chinese traditional medicine practitioners. The root is grown without the use of synthetic fertilizers in Ontario and powdered for easy use. We only procure ginseng roots that are three years or older. This variety of ginseng is highly valued in Chinese medicine due to its perceived high quality and sweetish flavor. The ginseng powder is very versatile as you can sprinkle it on yogurt, or add it to your smoothie or even sprinkle your ice cream with ginseng.

Serving: 1 person = 1 cup = 237 ml / 8 fl.oz.
Tea Leaf: 3.0 grams of ginseng
Water Temp: 170-180 degree Fahrenheit / 77-82 degree Celsius (cup brewing)
Steeping Time: 10 - 20 minutes (on the stove in medium low or in the cup)
