Shipping & Returns


Standard shipping is FREE for orders over $30 ($100 wholesale) to any location in Canada. Orders below $30 are charged a flat $20 per order shipping fee to cover for the high cost of transportation. We charge actual shipping to remote locations with higher delivery charges.

All items are shipped via UPS Ground or via Canada Post. We can expedite your package if you are in a rush. Please contact us before placing your order to check if rush shipping options are available for your location. Any expedite shipping options will incur actual charges. 

You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.

All orders are shipped within 5 business days of receipt of confirmed order.

Please check your purchase immediately upon receipt. If you received an incorrect or damaged item, please call us or email us right away so that we can correct the problem.

If you are returning a non-food item, it should be unused and in original packaging to be eligible for a full refund.

Returns must be accompanied by a Return Authorization Number (RAN). To receive your RAN, please contact us. Items returned without RAN will not be refunded.
